Adidas Air Jordans?!?!

Was it luck or fate that brought Nike and Michael Jordan together? Picture this: the Adidas Air Jordan… After you’re done cringing at the thought, it also sinks in that if Adidas signed Michael Jordan to a shoe contract, there wouldn’t be any Air Jordan 1s, no Black/Red 4s, not any Space Jam 11s…nada. Take a look at this video (below) of a CNBC interview with Jordan as he explains that he played college ball wearing Converse, but his favorite kicks were always Adidas. So then when did Michael Jordan start wearing Nikes? Not until he signed the contract with them in 1985. Crazy, right?
So was it an epic fail for Adidas, or a blessing in disguise and fate for Nike? Air It Out with your comments below…

Everyone says “I couldn’t picture Addias Jordans” how do we know they wouldn’t make an even BETTER shoe for MJ? We’re just so lost in Air Jordans, we can’t see anything else.

Well i would have been highly pissed because i just purchased some all black 11s with the grey bottom and they are official. if jordan would have came with adidas something would have been wrong because adidas stands for all day i dream about soccer then later changed to all day i dream about sports so this would have blown me so much
